What project should i do for the country Mexico for my history class?

Welcome back friend!

we have to do a final draft at the end of the semester, and I have nine weeks left. what would be the creative options for Mexico, my country? Some examples, but the only examples that our professor gave us have been playing board games, videos, calendars and magazines, but thats about it. any suggestions?
