The petition hardcover is full of excellent recipes from the region. Although from Guyana, Pamela Lalbachan offers recipes from all the Caribbean islands. Many great color photos complement this work. An excellent complement to the website “Recipes from Guyana and the Caribbean.

A very well written and constructed book, which contains all recipes from Guyana, Suriname and the Caribbean (United States French, Spanish, British, etc.) That you may want to e. g. Drunk, Pepperpot, Metagee, Jerk Chicken, stew, pork, garlic, crab (& Calloo) Soup, Foo Foo, cou-cou, Pan, Tooloom, Music Di Zumbi. The recipes are easy to follow, even if you are new to this type of cusine. color photographs throughout make the reading soooo satisfying.
